Sheds Britain
A timber garden shed at the end of an English cottage garden at golden hour

Garden buildings · Great Britain

A room at the end of the garden.

Sheds, workshops and garden studios built from honest timber to weather British seasons for decades.

The quiet hour

Somewhere to potter, make and think.

A good garden building is more than storage. It is the bench where seedlings start, the workshop that smells of sawdust, the studio where the day finally slows down. We build them simply and sturdily, so they feel at home in your garden from the first season.

Questions, answered.

Anything else? Get in touch and we will help.

How is delivery arranged?

Once your order is placed we contact you to agree a delivery day. Buildings arrive flat-packed on a pallet with clear, numbered instructions.

What base does a garden building need?

A firm, level base is essential — concrete, paving slabs or a timber frame base all work well. Your base should be slightly larger than the building footprint.

What timber do you use?

We favour slow-grown, pressure-treated softwoods that stand up to British rain, with tongue-and-groove cladding for a tight, weatherproof finish.

Can I return a building?

Yes. Unused buildings in their original packaging can be returned. Get in touch with us and we will talk you through collection.

Do I need planning permission?

Most garden buildings under 2.5m high do not, but rules vary. If you are unsure, check with your local council before ordering.
